Is this normal?

either they are not neutered properly, or it is just a stage. I saw someone taking their female spayed dog for a walk, and all these neutered male dogs came and tried to mate it. I’m not exactly sure, but I asked my vet awhile ago, and she said to not worry about it, but if it continues for more than a month, call your vet! Hope it’s not bad

if they where recently nuterd they will still have plenty of hormones at work, the other cat just triggerd the urge, this is normal just make sure they dont end up hurting her. they may quit over time when there hormones wear off.

your female cat is excreting pheremones at this time. neutering your toms won’t stop their natural reactions to such a powerful attactant. clean up and deoderize your litter pans of any urine odor accumulations as a matter of practice, when your female is in heat. it may help reduce the reaction your toms have. at least you don’t need to worry about another litter arriving, unless a stranger makes contact with your female.

neutering reduces the desire to mate but does not eliminate the desire or ability to mate, especially if the males were older when neutered. They can still mate but can not get the female pregnant
